Austrian sentenced to 6 months in prison for violating quarantine

A woman in Klagenfurt, Austria has been sentenced to justice by a judge zes months of imprisonment for violating the quarantine in which she was placed for incurring covid-19.

She gets the punishment for entering one supermarket while she should actually be quarantined.

The 49-year-old Austrian will receive the sentence, but the fine of € 800 she must pay immediately.

She even says it was an emergency: she had to transfer money with it Post office to her sick daughter in Bosnia.

Judge Christian Liebhauser-Karl had no leniency for the woman. He called her life threatening for society.
