Evicting serialized asylum seekers is very difficult in Sweden.
A 40-year-old Somali who raped a 12-year-old child in a park had done this before in 2018. But the man is not detained and has not been expelled from the country.
The African Bashiri Sahabu from Burundi is known to the Swedish police, because he likes to rape both women and men.
Sahabu (now 2005) came to Sweden as a refugee in 29.

In addition to theft and drug offenses, the African has been guilty of 5 rapes in the past 8 years.
In the summer of 2015, he raped a man on a train in Stockholm
In November 2017, he tried to rape a woman, but was stopped by police officers.
In February of this year, he wanted to rape a 11-year-old girl at the Stockholm station, grabbing her legs. Several women were attacked by the migrant that afternoon.
A 55-year-old deaf and partially blind woman was stripped and groped by Sahabu on a night bus to Arlanda Airport, putting his tongue in her mouth and then his genitals.
There were several passengers on the bus, but no one intervened. One man even high-fiveed Sahabu afterwards.
The night before, he tried to rape the night receptionist with a friend at the Elite Stora Hotel in Orebro, but was chased away by a colleague and a hotel guest.
He was finally sentenced to 2 years and 9 months in prison last week for rapes, rape attempts, assaults, thefts and drug offenses
But because he entered Sweden at the age of 15 he enjoys extra protection, so despite not having Swedish nationality nor family living in Sweden, he cannot and never be expelled because he was a 'refugee minor' .
