This message comes from a South American news site that I consider reliable.
They announce that all airlines operating flights to Buenos Aires will be allowed to operate their last flights, with a limited number of passengers, in the first week of August. After that, things are locked. The flights were anyway limited access, but now the whole place is shut down.
