Donald Trump is suing Google, Twitter and Facebook
President Donald Trump, who was removed from Twitter and Facebook earlier this year, just announced class action lawsuits against Google, Twitter, Facebook and their SEOs.
A class action, in Dutch called a representative action or group action, is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim before the court or in which a certain class of suspects are prosecuted.

The legal efforts will be supported by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit organization founded earlier this year by former members of the Trump administration.
“Today, in conjunction with the American First Policy Institute, as the lead class representative, I am filing a major class action lawsuit against the major tech giants, including Facebook, Google and Twitter, as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey. Three very nice guys”, said Trump from Bedminster, New Jersey.
The legal files indicate that the lawsuit against Google is aimed at its subsidiary YouTube.
“We are asking the US court to order an immediate cease and desist order to end the illegal and shameful censorship of the American people by social media companies. That's exactly what they do.”
Donald Trump accused Big Tech of violating Americans' First Amendment rights by selectively censoring information.
He added that he is asking the court to impose punitive damages on the companies.
He also added that the team wants to reform Section 230, which legally protects social media companies from content their users post and how they moderate their platforms.

“Facebook's ruling is an insult to the record-breaking 75 million people, plus many others, who voted for us in the stolen 2020 presidential election”Trump said. “They can't get away with this censorship and silence, and in the end we will win. Our country can no longer handle this abuse!”
Trump added that the legal team "not seeking a settlement". (source)
