Former President Donald Trump has accepted an invitation from Texas Governor Greg Abbott to visit the southern border of the United States. This comes as Kamala Harris, who has been put in charge of the "border crisis" by President Joe Biden, has been refusing to go on-site for several months, instead going to Guatemala and Mexico to tackle the "roots." '
President Trump announced last Tuesday that he will visit the US-Mexico border as President Joe Biden's border crisis continues to worsen and Vice President Kamala Harris has refused to visit the border, despite having been put in charge of handling the crisis. when the Biden administration had to acknowledge that it actually became a problem on March 24, 2021.
“I have accepted an invitation from Texas Governor Greg Abbott to join him on an official visit to our nation's decimated southern border on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. The Biden administration has given me the strongest, safest, and most best-guarded border in US history and in just weeks they turned it into the worst border crisis in US history. It's a real disaster area."
“If this wasn't bad enough, Biden and Harris won't even tour the wreckage scenes they created, or come down to visit the Border Patrol and ICE heroes who risk their lives to defend our nation in a time when the White House is doing everything it can to make their job totally impossible. What Biden and Harris have done and are still doing on our frontier is a grave and willful dereliction of duty. My visit will hopefully highlight these crimes against our nation — and show the incredible folks at ICE and Border Patrol that they have our unwavering support.” – Former President Donald J. Trump
Biden's Crisis on the Southern Border
Biden's border crisis continues to worsen, including last month, as more illegals were apprehended on the southern border than at any other point in the history of the Department of Homeland Security, which was established in 2002 in the wake of the 9/ 11 attacks on September 11, 2001.
Last month's disastrous border numbers represented a whopping 674% more than in May 2020, when 23.237 illegal aliens were arrested. In May 2021, 180.034 illegal immigrants had been arrested! Last month's numbers were the worst in more than two decades.
The Trump administration has reviewed the situation at the border, which began towards the end of the fiscal year 2019, turned over and kept them low through fiscal year 2020. Biden's border crisis has worsened each month he's in office in terms of the number of illegal aliens apprehended in the southern border.
Breitbart reporter Randy Clark, a retired U.S. Border Patrol officer who previously served as the division chief for law enforcement operations, reported last week, agency sources told him that an estimated 250.000 illegal aliens managed to avoid his capture and escaped to the US.
As if things couldn't get any worse, President Biden is tying the hands of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) behind their backs through their powers and abilities to remove illegal immigrants who violate US federal immigration laws from the streets.
Texas takes matters into its own hands
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced that Texas will continue to build the border wall, which has been a central promise for both President Donald Trump's presidential campaigns. The governor announced that people could donate to help build the wall.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced Wednesday that he has directed Florida's enforcement to assist with the border crisis in both Texas and Arizona, after the governors of both states appealed for assistance to both the Biden and individual state governments.
America's border security crisis affects every state and every American, the Biden administration ended President Trump's policies that curbed illegal immigration, secured our border and kept Americans safe, Governors Abbott (of Texas) and Ducey (of Arizona) recently sent a call for help to every state in the country that they need additional manpower and other law enforcement resources to help with border security. I am proud to announce today that the State of Florida is answering the call. Florida has your back!” – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
