In Russia there is a development going on with regard to vaccination. Many Russians try to get out of it by buying a vaccination certificate that registers them in the system as vaccinated. About 12% of the Russian population is currently vaccinated, many Russians are suspicious of the authorities and therefore also of the Sputnik vaccine.
